01Introduction
Welcome to PathyaTech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PathyaTech platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using PathyaTech, you agree to these Terms.
02User Eligibility
Patients: You must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent/guardian to use the Platform. You are responsible for providing accurate health information.
Doctors/Healthcare Providers: You must be a qualified medical practitioner registered with the relevant Indian medical councils. PathyaTech verifies credentials, but you are solely responsible for the medical advice provided.
03Platform Role (Intermediary)
PathyaTech is a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. We do not provide medical services, and we are not a healthcare provider. The patient-doctor relationship is directly between the user and the practitioner.
04Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked for online (Telemedicine) or offline (Clinic) consultations.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund.
- "No-shows" may be subject to a cancellation fee.
05Telemedicine Compliance
Our telemedicine services comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued by the Medical Council of India. Users acknowledge that telemedicine is not suitable for emergency cases. In an emergency, please visit the nearest hospital immediately.
06Payments & Disputes
Payments are processed through secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay). PathyaTech collects fees on behalf of doctors. Any disputes regarding consultation quality should be raised within 48 hours.
07Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/State, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
